BizTempl publishes free, ready-to-use business templates — invoices, marketing emails and more — that you can download as a Word, Excel or CSV file, or copy straight into Google Docs and Sheets.

Most template sites hand you a blank file and leave you guessing. We do the opposite: every template ships with a field-by-field guide, the common mistakes that get invoices rejected or emails ignored, and variants tailored to specific industries and formats. The goal is that you can open a template, understand every line, and use it in minutes.

Our templates are reviewed by hand before publishing to make sure the files actually open, the formatting holds, and the fields are complete. When something changes — tax norms, best practices — we update the source and rebuild.
