How to fill in each field
Make your own copy
Use the 'Copy to Google Docs' button, or in Docs choose File → Make a copy so you never edit the master.
Common mistake: Editing a shared master directly, which overwrites it for everyone with the link.
Table formatting in Docs
Paste as a table, then set column widths and right-align the amount column for a clean look.
Common mistake: Pasting as plain text so the columns collapse — always keep it a table.
Export to PDF
In Docs use File → Download → PDF to send a locked, professional copy.
Common mistake: Sending the editable Docs link to a client, who can then change your numbers.
